Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Freedom from unhelpful thoughts and emotions through EFT

Often called “tapping,” I use EFT to calm the nervous system, reduce the emotional charge of painful memories and restore a sense of control in clients. EFT is a powerful mind–body practice that helps release emotional distress by gently stimulating the body’s energy system by tapping on specific body points and parts while acknowledging thoughts or feelings.
