Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Do you feel stuck in a loop, reliving the same memories and their emotional impact over and over?  I use Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients reduce and resolve their current emotional responses to troubling and traumatic experiences from the past.

By using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation (left/right actions) 'stuck' emotional triggers and responses can be released, often faster than expected.
